Pay Your Bill Online
If you would like to make a payment, you can now pay
online.
- Pay on a statement you received in the mail
- Pay for a copay or office visit
- Buy a maintenance treatment package* (6
adjustments for $200, or 12 for $360)
We use "PayPal" to accept our online credit card
payments. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and Bank
cards.
- Choose your doctor,
- Use the drop down menu to let us know what you
are paying for,
- Click the "Pay Now" button below. That will take you to
PayPal where you can complete the transaction. Thank you!
* you can use your 6 or 12 office visits anytime within one year from
the date of purchase (during normal office hours) ...and... we ask that you submit
your own insurance paperwork.
